Accessibility statement

Accessibility

Effective October 22, 2026.

Ecom Nebula wants everyone to be able to read this site, understand our offer, and contact us, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification, or other assistive technology.

Our commitment

We design, build, and test the site for accessibility, and we fix barriers when we find them or when you report them.

Standard we follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the standard most commonly used to measure website accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act.

What we built in

  • Text and backgrounds meet WCAG contrast ratios.
  • Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to content" link.
  • Menus, tabs, and the cost calculator work with the keyboard and announce their state to screen readers.
  • Every photograph has a text description. Diagrams and illustrated screens have a text label, and the same information appears in the page text.
  • Pages use clear headings, landmarks, and descriptive page titles.
  • The layout adapts to phone screens and to browser zoom up to 400% without sideways scrolling.
  • Animations stop when your device is set to reduce motion. The scrolling list of services has a Pause button.
  • Form fields have visible labels, mark which fields are required, and support autofill.

How we test

We test every release before it goes live: automated checks with the axe-core engine against WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA rules, keyboard-only use of every page, checks of focus visibility, target size, contrast, reflow at 320 pixels wide, text spacing, and reduced motion. Our most recent review was on October 22, 2026.

Known limitations

We are not aware of any barriers on the site today. Automated tools cannot find every issue, so we welcome reports from the people who use the site.

Report a barrier

If something on the site does not work for you, email [email protected]. Tell us the page and what happened. We reply within 2 business days and will give you the information in another way while we fix the problem.
